  • To ensure availability, we kindly request that you schedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. For your convenience, you have the option to book your appointment up to 30 days ahead of time

  • We kindly request that you schedule an appointment with us in advance. However, on certain days, we may be able to accommodate walk-in visits. Please call in advance for availability.

  • To ensure that our clients receive their scheduled appointments promptly, we kindly request that you arrive on time. We can hold your appointment for up to 15 minutes past its scheduled time, allowing for any unforeseen delays. However, after this grace period, we may need to accommodate another client. At that point, you have the option to wait for the next available slot or reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time.

  • We are delighted to provide a 4-day warranty on all nail services. If, within four days of your appointment, your gel polish chips or any of your nails break due to our negligence, we will gladly repair it for you. Please note there is no warranty on regular polish.

  • We kindly ask that you cancel your appointment at least 12 hours before its scheduled time. For any appointments canceled within 4 hours of its scheduled time, we reserve the right to charge a $25 cancellation fee.

  • To ensure a comfortable experience for our valued guests, we kindly request that only individuals receiving services visit our salon, as our space is limited. Additionally, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing children along during your visit, as we strive to maintain a serene and relaxing environment for all our clients.

  • We prefer cash, however we also accept debit cards and all major credit cards. We also accept Apple and Google pay. There is a 3.5% fee added to all card transactions.

  • We are pleased to offer the Pay Later option for any total services amounting to $100 and up to $1,500. With Pay Later, you have the flexibility to split your payments into four equal installments. In addition to the 3.5% credit card processing fee, there is also an additional 6% fee imposed for using the Pay Later option. Please note that this payment option is provided and approved by Vagaro, as LNS II does not offer this service directly.
